About the Role

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Technical Coordinator to provide hands-on technology and IT support within a fast-paced onsite operation. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for employees needing assistance with IT equipment, system access, hardware troubleshooting, and general technical support. The ideal candidate is organized, technically capable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable managing both IT assets and day-to-day help desk requests in a high-volume environment.

Contract Duration: Immediate start through an estimated date on or around December 31, 2026 with final dates based on business demands. Project completion bonus equivalent to 20% of total salary paid upon meeting specific project milestones or the final delivery.

Primary Responsibilities
  • IT asset check-in/check-out: manage the daily issuance, return, tracking, and accountability of laptops, desktops, monitors, handheld devices, scanners, peripherals, and other company technology assets.
  • Asset inventory management: maintain accurate inventory records, equipment assignments, serial numbers, asset tags, equipment condition, and available inventory. Conduct routine audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Hardware troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues involving laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, scanners, printers, cables, and other peripheral devices.
  • IT help desk support: provide tier 1 technical support to onsite employees experiencing technology, hardware, software, connectivity, password, login, or system-access issues.
  • Ticket management: create, document, prioritize, track, and resolve it support tickets in accordance with established service-level expectations. Escalate issues requiring advanced technical support to the appropriate it team.
  • New hire support: partner with operations, training, hr, and it teams to ensure equipment, technology access, and workstations are prepared for new employee onboarding.
  • Technology readiness: conduct routine inspections of workstations, equipment, shared technology, and support areas to identify and address potential technology issues before they impact operations.
  • Issue resolution: troubleshoot common issues related to windows-based computers, network connectivity, printers, peripherals, applications, user accounts, and basic software functionality.
  • Documentation: maintain accurate records of support activity, recurring issues, asset movement, equipment repairs, replacements, and escalations.
  • Cross-functional partnership: work closely with onsite leadership, corporate it, hr, operations, training, and other support teams to quickly resolve technology needs and minimize operational downtime.
  • Customer service: provide professional, responsive, and approachable technical assistance while clearly communicating solutions to employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Process compliance: follow established it security, data protection, equipment handling, asset management, and technology-use policies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, technical certification, or related IT education preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, technical coordination, help desk support, asset management, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting computers, monitors, printers, scanners, peripherals, and other workplace technology.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, network connectivity, user accounts, and password/access troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IT ticketing or help desk systems preferred.
  • Experience managing technology inventory, asset tracking, or equipment deployment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate asset and service records.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently while recognizing when escalation is required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment supporting employees and operational leadership.
  • 18 years or older
  • Because this is a safety-sensitive position, job offers extended to candidates will be contingent on your ability to successfully clear post-offer criminal background screening and drug testing. Qualified Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States must be provided within three (3) business days of your start date.
ADDITIONAL Preferred Technical Knowledge

Experience or familiarity with the following is helpful:

  • Windows-based computers and laptops
  • Microsoft 365 / Office applications
  • Active Directory or user-account administration
  • Password resets and access troubleshooting
  • Asset management systems
  • Printers, scanners, handheld devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Basic wired and wireless network troubleshooting
  • Device imaging, configuration, and deployment
  • Inventory and asset audit processes
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Position is primarily onsite and requires regular interaction with employees throughout the facility.
  • Ability to move throughout the worksite to provide hands-on technical support.
  • Ability to lift, carry, install, and relocate computers, monitors, printers, and related technology equipment as needed.
  • Ability to work at a computer and technical support station for extended periods.
  • Schedule flexibility may be required based on operational needs, onboarding activity, shift changes, or technology issues.
  • Competitive hourly salary rate commensurate with market benchmarks
  • Hourly rate of $30 - $33/hr (based on experience and geographic area) + overtime potential

  • Contract end date on or around December 31, 2026 with final dates based on business demands; potential for engagement extension based on mutual interest
