Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service coordination, issue resolution and escalations.
• Manage and process service work orders to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Coordinate vendor services and schedule laboratory activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Support relocations by coordinating with Facilities, lab teams and vendors.
• Partner with the Project Manager to manage lab move requests and related activities.
