Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a Lab Assistant for a temporary 3–4 month assignment at our Westborough, MA facility. The role involves supporting lab operations, managing samples, and maintaining daily logistics to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, cleaning glassware per GLP, assisting with compliance and documentation, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in related work is preferred.
• Continued employment contingent upon licenses/certifications being active.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and stocks supplies, tools, and related items.
• Cleans laboratory glassware according to GLP methods and transports items as needed.
• Assists with compliance and process documentation for samples and materials.
• May pick up and deliver samples, documents, and materials as required.
• Maintains databases, forms, and related information for sample logistics.
• Contributes to team goals and supports a harmonious workplace.
