TCWGlobal is seeking Laboratory Manufacturing Associates I to support hands-on production in two departments: Oligo Manufacturing and RNA Reagents Manufacturing. The roles are entry-level, ideal for candidates with a scientific background who enjoy pipetting, following SOPs, and documenting batch activities.

Training will cover procedures, equipment, and production processes. Positions are onsite in San Diego (Sorrento Valley).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years in a lab, biotech, life sciences, pharma, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Ability to learn laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Must follow SOPs, work instructions, safety and quality standards.
• Eager to learn and work collaboratively in a team.
• Onsite laboratory work with a small team in San Diego area.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for daily production activities.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
• Perform hands-on lab production activities following detailed instructions.
• Operate basic lab equipment like pipettes and centrifuges, with training on more as needed.
• Document production activities accurately and maintain records.
• Keep lab areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support production workflows, changeovers, and scheduling.
• Identify equipment issues or deviations and report them.
• Complete required training and collaborate with team and supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
