Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II, Oligo to join the Oligo Manufacturing team in San Diego. You will execute daily manufacturing operations to produce research- and clinical-grade oligonucleotide products in ISO-class environments.

The role involves equipment setup, operation, cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and batch documentation in compliance with GDP and SOPs. You will train junior staff and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure timely

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience following SOPs and maintaining manufacturing documentation.
• Experience in a cGMP environment and ISO cleanrooms.

Aufgaben

• Review production schedules and coordinate resources for timely execution.
• Prepare areas and equipment for cGMP production, including changeovers.
• Execute manufacturing processes per SOPs and batch records.
• Complete batch records, logs, and equipment records in GDP format.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on procedures and timelines.
• Support onboarding of new equipment and processes with minimal supervision.
• Identify process issues and drive continuous improvement for quality.
• Collaborate with Process Development, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Provide updates on progress and priorities to stakeholders.
