Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Laboratory Associate for an onsite, 36+ month contract in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role supports routine bench work, molecular biology experiments, and cell/tissue culture in a collaborative research environment.

The candidate should have hands-on lab experience, knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques, and the ability to work independently within established workflows.

Formación

• Requires an advanced degree or equivalent practical experience with hands-on bench lab work.
• Experience with basic molecular biology techniques (PCR, DNA ligation, transformation).
• Experience with cell culture/tissue culture in a lab setting.
• Able to independently perform experiments and document results in established workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Execute molecular biology workflows including library construction and sample preparation.
• Perform FACS/flow cytometry characterization and handoff to sequencing.
• Conduct bench experiments and troubleshoot as needed, documenting results.
