Job summary

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Temporary Manufacturing Associate I, Oligo to support daily production operations in an ISO-classified space. You will perform basic synthesis, preparation of materials, and maintain documentation under supervision, contributing to reliable oligo production workflows.

Responsibilities include following established procedures, preparing production areas, and assisting in cGMP project changeovers while developing foundational skills in oligo technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a Biochemistry manufacturing laboratory preferred.
• Experience with executing SOPs and following established procedures.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow daily production tasks and established procedures for material prep, equipment setup, and routine processes.
• Assist in preparing production areas for cGMP projects or changeovers.
• Document production activities with accurate logs, batch records, and forms in GDP-compliant manner.
• Operate and clean equipment per SOPs; escalate issues or deviations as needed.
• Support batch records execution and SOP updates under guidance.
• Participate in training and complete cGMP/company training within timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow SOPs.
