Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking two Supply Chain Logistics Analysts in North Reading, MA (onsite) to support packaging robotics deployments. You will coordinate carriers, manage shipments, monitor inventory via spreadsheets, and analyze large Excel datasets to drive planning and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in logistics and strong Excel. Familiarity with AI tools, SAP or Kinaxis is preferred. The role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities with Everforth Apex.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, or order fulfillment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and logistics activities with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Manage order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and delivery execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse operations using manual tracking tools and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and analyze large datasets in Excel to support logistics planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Track materials and products throughout the supply chain to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Support logistics operations for large equipment and capital project deliveries.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.
