The role requires a Bachelor's degree in biology or related life sciences and relevant lab experience. Strong molecular biology and pharmacology skills are preferred to generate robust data and communicate findings to teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology or related life sciences; Biopharma environment preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Ability to plan, conduct and record experiments with proper controls.

Responsabilités

• Follow established experimental design and protocols to generate reproducible results with limited supervision.
• Plan, conduct, analyze and record experiments; provide interpretation of data.
• Review literature to transfer methods to the lab and modify as needed.
• Develop and implement new protocols to address biological questions.
• Communicate data and interpretation to program teams.
