Responsibilities

• Execution of high-throughput cell-based assays using primary immune cells
• Isolated PBMCs; follow established protocols and aid in assay optimization.
• Operate liquid handling systems to carry out high-throughput flow cytometry staining and document experiments in the ELN.
• Maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment and perform other duties as assigned.
