Accenture Flex offers local fixed-duration project-based work with opportunities to transform business networks. You will provide hands-on L2 network support onsite at Hershey, PA, handling SD‑WAN, VLANs, and switch configurations while coordinating with vendors and ISPs.

Role includes site visits, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable network operations in office and plant environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on network support in a corporate/manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 5 years with Cisco and/or Arista switches—VLANs, port config, STP basics.
• Minimum 5 years with Wireless Access Points (Cisco/Meraki/Aruba or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year with SD‑WAN concepts and basic troubleshooting.
• Minimum 1 year with LAN fundamentals—IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 network support for SD‑WAN, LAN, Wireless APs, and Cisco/Arista switches across HQ, branch offices, and plants.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents escalated from L1/helpdesk, including connectivity and VLAN issues.
• Monitor network health and respond to alerts affecting production or offices.
• Configure Cisco/Arista switches — VLANs, port settings, spanning tree, trunk/access ports.
• Support and maintain Wireless APs and work with wireless controllers.
• Assist with SD‑WAN edge device support and escalate complex issues to L3/vendor support.
• Coordinate with ISPs for circuit issues and ticket follow-ups.
• Conduct site visits to perform hands-on network checks and hardware replacements.
• Maintain documentation of issues, changes, and site configurations.
• Support onboarding of new network hardware under L3 guidance.
