Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring for a fully onsite network role at the Hershey, PA area, focusing on L2 support for SD-WAN, LAN, and wireless networks. You will troubleshoot incidents, configure Cisco/Arista devices, and coordinate with ISPs while visiting HQ, offices, and plants.

Expect to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with light industrial settings, requiring strong documentation and collaboration with L3 engineers. Onsite presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on network support in a corporate/manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years with Cisco/Arista switches—VLANs, port configuration, STP basics.
• 5+ years with Wireless APs (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, or equivalent).
• 1 year SD‑WAN concepts and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 network support for SD-WAN, LAN, Wireless APs, and Cisco/Arista switches across HQ, branch offices, and manufacturing plant sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents escalated from L1 helpdesk.
• Monitor network health using available tools and respond to alerts or outages.
• Perform basic configuration tasks on Cisco and Arista switches—VLANs, port settings, spanning tree.
• Support Wireless APs—connectivity, controller checks, AP replacements.
• Assist with SD-WAN edge device support—basic troubleshooting and escalation.
• Coordinate with ISPs for circuit issues and ticket follow-ups.
• Site visits to HQ, offices and plants for hands-on checks and replacements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network issues and configurations.
