Qualifications

• Five plus years of hands-on design, deployment, and operation in large networks.
• Experience supporting major network transformations, upgrades, or expansions.
• Strong experience with Junos CLI and Juniper platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day post-sales operational support for production Charter environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across large-scale infrastructures.
• Lead JTAC case management, root-cause analysis, and remediation actions.
