Job summary

Würth USA is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Ramsey, NJ. This onsite role focuses on pricing analysis, sales reporting, data insights, and process improvements to drive profitability and efficiency.

Collaborate with Sales Management, Executive Leadership, Key Account Managers, Payroll, IT, and other teams to analyze data and deliver actionable insights. Develop dashboards, maintain pricing accuracy, and support initiatives that enhance profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business analytics, or related field.
Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets.
Knowledge of Tableau and dashboard development is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain pricing analytics to support decisions and profitability.
Partner with leadership and sales to identify opportunities and provide pricing support.
Collaborate across teams to deliver analyses, insights, and recommendations.
Evaluate pricing holds and ensure compliance with pricing policies.
Monitor and resolve pricing discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
Support Tableau dashboards and reporting to improve visibility.
Assist Payroll with monthly reporting requirements.
Handle confidential information appropriately.
