Elegant Packaging is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our Cicero, IL team on-site. You will learn the B2B sales process from scratch, handling inbound inquiries and building relationships with corporate buyers.

This entry-level role offers rapid progression to senior Account Executive, hands-on training, and mentorship from leadership and production teams. Location is on-site and days are Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and willingness to learn sales concepts.
• Elite verbal and written communication with corporate executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to find procurement managers and corporate buyers.
• Inbound query management as first contact for custom manufacturing quotes.
• Consultative discovery to gather client design needs and generate new business.
• Production liaison with design and prototyping teams to realize bag concepts.
• Deal closure and account growth through pricing proposals and samples.
