Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing large janitorial facilities (300,000+ sq ft).
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, training, quality control, CRM, scheduling, and budget management.
• Proficient in MS Office and timekeeping software.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance tasks and ensure work is performed on time and within budget.
• Schedule and coordinate custodial services and staffing.
• Train and supervise INC employees.
• Interface with customers and tenants to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and enforce safety policies.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard crew for accounts.
