Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing large janitorial facilities or similar operations.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, training, quality control management, and budget oversight.
• Proficient in MS Office programs and timekeeping software.
• Able to pass State and Federal Government background checks.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that work identified in the specifications is performed properly, on time, safely and within budget.
• Schedules and coordinates custodial duties and current services.
• Prepares schedule and supervises work assignments for all personnel.
• Inspects work of subordinates.
• Uses computer systems to track work.
• Conducts training for INC employees.
• Orders cleaning supplies and equipment; maintains security of tools and supplies.
• Administers the INC Safety Program at the account.
• Enforces INC personnel policies per policy manual.
• Prepares required reports.
• Responds to requests from Director of Operations.
• Completes all work in a professional manner meeting industry and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
