Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures work conducted per specifications is completed on time, safely, and within budget.
• Schedules and coordinates custodial duties and current services.
• Prepares schedules and supervises work assignments for all personnel.
• Inspects the work of subordinates and tracks progress with systems.
• Conducts training for INC employees and administers safety programs.
• Orders supplies, maintains security of tools and equipment.
• Administers INC personnel policies per HR manual.
• Prepares required reports and enforces dress code.
• Responds to requests from operations leadership daily.
• Completes all work professionally to industry and safety standards.
