Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration is highly desirable or equivalent in work experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in budgeting and scheduling for large facilities.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train staff.
• Excellent customer relationship management.
• Proficient with MS Office and timekeeping software.
• Must pass background check and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensures work identified in specifications is performed on time, safely and within budget.
• Schedules and coordinates custodial duties and current services.
• Prepares schedule and supervises work assignments for personnel.
• Inspects work of subordinates and prepares required reports.
• Administers safety program and personnel policies.
• Responds to requests from leadership and maintains high-quality customer relations.
• Completes all work professionally and according to industry standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
