Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 5+ years managing large janitorial facilities (300,000+ sq ft)
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, training, quality control, CRM, scheduling, and budget management
• Proficient in MS Office and timekeeping software
• State and federal background check clearance
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is performed properly, on time, within budget and safely
• Schedule and coordinate custodial duties and current services
• Prepare schedules and supervise all personnel
• Inspect subordinates' work
• Track work with computer tools
• Conduct training for INC employees
• Order supplies and maintain tools/equipment security
• Oversee INC Safety Program and HR policies at the account
• Prepare required reports and enforce dress code
• Respond to the Director of Operations' requests
• Complete all work professionally per industry and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned
