Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking an IT User Accounts Analyst for a long-term contract at Joint Base Andrews, on-site only. The role focuses on managing user accounts in Active Directory, access control, and providing strong end-user support in a government services environment.

The candidate must have Security+ CE, 5+ years (or 7+ years) of relevant experience, and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. TS/SCI eligibility is required; sponsorship is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Security+ CE certification is required.
• 5+ years of IT experience or 7+ years depending on the candidate pool.
• Proficient with Active Directory and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, disable and delete user accounts in Active Directory for new hires, role changes, and terminations, including managing attributes and group membership.
• Create and maintain security and distribution groups; grant file share permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues via phone, MS Teams and email; provide high-quality customer support.
