Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst for on-site support at Joint Base Andrews (JBA) in Andrews, MD. The role supports critical DoD missions within the EACN, including C3 services, airborne and laboratory environments, with responsibilities to monitor, respond, and report cyber incidents.

The position requires US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and eight years of DoD experience (five in DoD).

Responsibilities

Support SLC3S-A Operations, Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Ops, E-4B/NAOC, and US Navy E-6B missions.
Support EACN A2G2s, SIL, and GSOC.
Identify, diagnose, mitigate, and report service interruptions; coordinate root-cause analyses and status updates.
Utilize Incident Response Plan and document events in ServiceNow to optimize responses.
Coordinate changes across environments; ensure procedures are followed and changes recorded and scheduled.
Provide daily ticket reviews, updates and reports.
Apply ITSM processes and ITIL best practices; working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
