Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking an IT User Accounts Analyst for 100% onsite work at Joint Base Andrews. The role supports email, directories, and standard Windows applications, acting as the first line of contact for hardware/software issues.

The ideal candidate has Security+ CE, an Associate’s degree, and 5+ years (or 7+ years) of experience, with strong Active Directory skills and customer service. This is a long-term contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years (or 7+ years) in IT support.
• Proficient with Active Directory and good customer service.
• Security+ CE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and in-person support for email, directories, Windows apps.
• Create/modify user accounts in Active Directory for hires, role changes, terminations.
• Troubleshoot access issues, grant file share permissions, and maintain groups.
