Apex Systems is seeking an IT User Accounts Analyst to support user accounts and access management at Joint Base Andrews. This onsite, long-term contract role requires a TS/SCI eligible clearance and strong AD skills, with 5+ years of experience and Security+ CE certification.
Responsibilities include managing AD user accounts, groups, and permissions, and delivering high-quality user support for email, directories, and Windows applications. Competitive on-site pay and benefits are provided.

Location: Joint Base Andrews (100% ONSITE)
Duration: Long Term Contract until 06/2029
Clearance: MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO MAINTAIN OR OBTAIN A TS/SCI CLEARANCE (sponsorship unavailable)
Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $40.11/hr. (BASE PAY) + $5.09/hr. (SCA PAY) = $45.20/hr (SET RATE)
Accrued Sick Leave | 11 Paid Federal Holidays | 80 PTO hours AFTER 12 Months
Security+ CE (please send copy) Associate’s & 5+ years of experience OR 7+ Years of experience
Proficient with Active Directory and excellent customer service skills
Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, and standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors. Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Specialized experience includes knowledge of PC operating systems, e.g., DOS, Windows, as well as networking and mail standards and work on a help desk. General experience includes information systems development and other work in the client/server field, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing and a positive customer service attitude
