Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in San Francisco, CA is seeking an AV/IT Workplace Ambassador to provide on-site support for meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. You will ensure AV/IT readiness, troubleshoot devices, and assist with large events, working closely with the Global AV/IT PM.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AV/IT or workplace technology, with hands-on experience in Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms and Webex, plus strong communication skills. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AV/IT support or workplace technology.
• Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms and Webex.
• Strong troubleshooting across video, audio, and network systems.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• CTS/AVIXA/Crestron/AMX/Extron certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree +2 years or HS diploma +3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove, on-site AV/IT support for client employees, visitors, and meetings, including setup, troubleshooting, and training.
• Ensure all meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are AV/IT-ready at the start of each business day.
• Respond to and resolve AV/IT service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of video conferencing services including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
• Perform routine and proactive testing to ensure the functionality of equipment before use.
• Support large-scale events, all-hands meetings, and executive presentations.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Global AV/IT PM and IT teams.
• Maintain inventory of AV/IT equipment and consumables; flag replacement and maintenance needs.
• Collect employee feedback on AV/IT experience and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation on equipment configurations, known issues, and resolution procedures.
