Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support, mentor other technicians, and coordinate with vendors to keep computer systems, networks, and A/V equipment running smoothly.

You will manage incidents in ServiceNow, support cross-divisional technology needs, and help drive projects from planning to execution with clear documentation and reliable communications.

Qualifications

• Advanced technology standards understood.
• Able to supervise complex installations and configurations.
• Excellent communication, mentorship and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with IT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced advice and mentorship to IT Technicians.
• Assist in managing internal client relationships and complex requests.
• Produce, update and maintain best-practice support documentation.
• Resolve incidents end-to-end and document in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Lead project plans for installation and configuration of technology equipment.
