Lennar is seeking an Onsite IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support for computers, tablets, mobile devices, and network systems. You will coordinate with the Lennar Technology Department and third-party vendors to deliver timely, courteous service across the division offices and remote sites.
You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage Service Now tickets, assist with installation at Welcome Home Centers and construction trailers, and coordinate meetings with video
Formación
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5+ years in IT support or similar role.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Troubleshoots and resolves computer workstation issues (hardware/software).
- Enacts warranties for equipment repair.
- Maintains and updates Service Now tickets daily with accurate details.
- Coordinates installation of technology equipment in Welcome Home Centers and trailers.
- Resolves printer and copier issues across the division.
- Arranges technical support for meetings and events, including video conferencing.
- Performs hardware/software upgrades and replacements as needed.
- Provides weekly status reports to the Onsite IT Manager.
