Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Level 3 Tech - ITSC to support onsite operations in Folsom, CA.

You will install and configure OS on client laptops, migrate data to new devices, and provide advanced break/fix support while managing tickets in the client's system. This 3-month role (tempt to hire) requires strong customer service, solid Windows 10 proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience desired.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• May be required to walk/sit/stand/crawl/kneel for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Windows 10.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure OS on client laptops.
• Migrate client data to new laptops.
• Provide advanced break/fix support for software/hardware issues.
• Manage and update tickets in the client ticketing database.
• Process assets returned from clients leaving the company.
• Ensure client inventory assets are stored and distributed professionally.
