Job summary

On-site work five days a week with occasional travel to other offices is required. Responsibilities include supporting Mac deployments, in-office AV, and basic network trouble-shooting while collaborating with remote offices across time

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of providing technical support.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and task completion.
• Empathetic approach to users.
• Clear communication via email, chat, and video conferencing.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience administering Apple computers and devices.
• Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks.
• Experience with Google Meet and Zoom device configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotely.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting our Mac endpoint deployment.
• Provide In-office AV support managing conference room equipment and supporting live events.
• Support other remote offices in different time zones during your shift.
• Support account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace.
• Supporting new employee onboarding sessions.
• Write knowledge base how-to articles to educate employees.
• Manage deployed computers and mobile devices via Kandji and Google MDM.
• Manage procurement of IT hardware and software.
• Basic troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks.
