Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Senior Manager, IT End User Services to lead a team delivering end-user support across on-site and remote staff. You will guide hardware/software management, collaboration tools, and security, ensuring high service quality and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with regional offices, drive process improvements, mentor staff, and manage vendor relationships to support Aprio’s technology needs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in end-user support operations with at least 5 years in line-management or technical-leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing support team.
• Advanced understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, mobile platforms, and Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of end-user support technologists; set performance goals and evaluate progress.
• Oversee end-user hardware/software support, troubleshooting, and SLA adherence.
• Own regional/country IT support delivery across offices; ensure consistency with global IT strategy.
• Manage device lifecycle, asset inventory, deployment, retirement, and secure disposal.
• Govern collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive) and ensure proper access and training.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding of users; enforce device/data management policies.
• Create training and knowledge resources; promote self-service and reduce repetitive inquiries.
• Lead security/compliance efforts: MFA, encryption, patching, antivirus; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee incident/request management and status communication with stakeholders.
• Develop remote support strategies to serve on-site and remote staff effectively.
• Drive continuous improvements and address recurring issues.
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware repairs, licensing, and specialized support.
