Job summary

Enable Resource Group, a mission-driven IT services provider, seeks an onsite Systems Technician to support church clients in the Houston area. You’ll troubleshoot technology issues, deliver timely resolutions, and build strong client relationships as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT support or a technical degree, strong Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an IT support role handling Tier I–II tickets.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for remote technical assistance and ensure reliable resolutions.
• Build client relationships through active listening and empathetic behavior.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
