Job summary

Alicat Scientific, Inc. in Marana, AZ is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to maintain and improve Windows-based desktops, servers, and network services in a manufacturing environment.

You will deploy imaging, manage Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365, troubleshoot complex issues, document work in the ticketing system, and collaborate with IT and facilities teams to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or 3–5 years of IT support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and ticketing/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite IT support for Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and Microsoft 365.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, OS, app, server, and network issues.
• Administer Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Support networking, VPN, and remote access solutions.
• Deploy systems, imaging, software installation, and patching.
• Manage IT tickets with documentation.
• Collaborate with IT team and vendors; communicate clearly to users.
• Support production-floor and engineering systems as needed.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance windows or on-call rotations.
