Job summary

Techoundsllc in Camarillo, CA seeks an onsite IT Technical Support Specialist to manage IT infrastructure, end-user support, and system deployments in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues, configuring systems, and collaborating with users and operations to implement new technology solutions. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on network and systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper networking hardware.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux.
• Knowledge of network security practices.
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and infrastructure; enforce firewall policies.
• Monitor performance and diagnose issues across endpoints, servers, and networks.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 RBAC.
• Deploy Windows systems, imaging, patch management, and updates.
• Provide end-user support for desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with server operations and virtualization (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Document network topology and configurations.
• Support IT asset management and infrastructure upgrades.
