Qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar program; or equivalent work experience.
• MCSE certification preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical manager for the site, responsible for functionality, maintenance, software and data security.
• Hands-on role supporting LAN, WAN and internet connections.
• Maintaining network hardware and software, servers and backups.
• Set up login and e-mail accounts; work with servers, workstations and printers.
• Mentor Site System Support staff and ensure data integrity and documentation.
