Job summary

King Risk Partners, LLC seeks an Information Technology Engineer to join a fast-paced insurance technology team onsite in Gainesville, FL. You will support day-to-day IT operations, security, and project work while reporting to the Director of Information Technology.

The role requires hands-on problem solving and a collaborative approach across multiple entities. The ideal candidate combines discipline, confidentiality, and proactive optimization to maintain enterprise systems, network

Qualifications

High School Diploma.
Insurance Agency Management Systems familiarity (Vertafore and Applied).
5+ years of experience and Excel.
5+ demonstrated hands-on technology problem solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, cloud and local networks, SharePoint, and network configurations.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Information Technology with day-to-day IT operations and security.
Coordinate with internal IT team and Archway on issues and acquisitions.
Enforce IT policies and procedures under supervision of IT leadership.
Support IT upgrades and projects across multiple entities; document activity.
Assist with IT compliance to audit and regulatory requirements.
