Job summary

Brohn Homes, part of Clayton Properties Group, seeks an IT Systems Analyst to serve as the on-site technology anchor for Brohn Homes in Austin, TX. You will be the sole IT representative onsite, collaborating with Arbor Homes and the Clayton West IT team to keep offices, model homes, and hubs fully operational.

Travel between Austin, San Antonio, and Houston divisions is expected; strong communication and ownership are essential as you deploy hardware, manage inventory, and support end users in

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or related technology role.
• Experience configuring hardware, troubleshooting software, or supporting deployments is a plus.
• Education, training, or industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Google IT Support) preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly between Texas divisions (Austin, San Antonio, Houston).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary face-to-face IT contact for Brohn Homes staff and respond quickly to technical requests.
• Deploy hardware, image systems, and manage IT inventory for multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace equipment and ensure security and uptime across sites.
• Travel between Austin, San Antonio, and Houston divisions to deliver on-site support.
