Job summary

Clayco, a full-service real estate development and construction firm, is seeking an IT professional to support internal customers at jobsites across the United States. The role involves installation, documentation, testing of computer systems and networks, and providing guidance for remote sites.

You will triage tickets, prioritize incidents, and travel as needed. The position emphasizes hands-on network installations (Meraki, Mesh), AV gear, and collaboration with Service Desk, Engineering, and

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of IT experience.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs).
• Service industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic MS Office Suite/iOS support.
• Experience using enterprise ticketing system (ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of AV solutions and cellular technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to remote job sites.
• Prioritize problems and incidents and escalate to internal teams.
• Install Meraki networks at sites.
• Install full site Mesh networks.
• Document training materials and knowledge articles.
• Provide training on software, hardware, and systems to Clayco Team Members.
• Preventative maintenance on workstations and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot remote network problems with vendors.
