Job summary

Carvana in Kentucky is seeking an experienced IT professional to maintain and support our on-site infrastructure. This role focuses on Windows Server, AD, DHCP, network services, and security.

You will collaborate with teams to deploy desks, manage devices, and ensure uptime across a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of IT experience and familiarity with Mac OS, AV tools, and cross-platform support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced skills administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and other network services.
• Advanced skills in Windows OS (Windows 7/8/10) and creating/pushing images.
• Knowledge in Mac OS X (El Capitan/Sierra/High Sierra).
• Experience with Meraki Security Appliances.
• Experience with mobile devices (iOS/Android/Windows).
• Understanding of enterprise network environments.
• Basic IP Phone troubleshooting.
• Experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
• Intermediate skills with MS Office (Outlook/Office 365).
• Experience with troubleshooting AV equipment (HDTVs/Projectors).
• Project management experience is a plus.
• 4-6 years IT experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 60% to set up and support locations (if applicable).
• Communicate with users and vendors on projects and timelines.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
• Setup IT accessories for new hires and desk moves.
• Document solutions and share with the team.
• Monitor system performance for reliability and security.
• Configure and maintain networked computer systems.
• Maintain physical security for infrastructure and endpoints.
• Provide IT support during implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Participate in hardware refresh projects.
• Resolve escalation requests and provide internal business support.
• Monitor helpdesk tickets to meet SLA.
