Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on system administration or desktop support experience in a corporate or MSP environment.
• Technical Skills: Windows desktop/server in AD domains; AD & GPO; Microsoft 365; Google Workspace; basic networking; end-point protection; RMM tools.

Responsibilities

• Onsite & client-facing support (2-3 days per week) with dedicated client site visits and coordination with the NOC.
• Provide hands-on, face-to-face technical support at customer sites and perform hardware deployments.
• Configure imaging of PCs and devices; manage user accounts and access controls; maintain documentation and records.
• Manage tickets, SLA adherence, and first-contact resolution to ensure positive client experiences.
• Support IT infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, and security tooling deployment.
