Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an IT Technician to serve as the primary contact for employees needing technical assistance in a production environment. You will support daily technology operations across manufacturing and business functions to ensure reliable hardware, software, and device performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving on Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, and security practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, desktop support, help desk, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: Serve as the first line of support for employee hardware, software, and application issues.
• Configure and deploy computers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment for new employees.
• Support user account creation, modification, and access requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, operating system, and application issues.
• Provide user support and training for Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support activities.
• Manage support requests through a ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
