NexusTek is seeking an on-site Support Technician to service client sites in St. Michaels, MD. You will work with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMware, and Cisco networks while supporting hospitality apps and PCI compliance.

The role is full-time and on-site, requiring strong client communication, proactive problem solving, and reliable operation of IT systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows servers and networks.
• On-site IT support in a hospitality/IT environment preferred.
• Basic PCI compliance understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with hotel clients to understand technology needs.
• Diagnose and resolve on-site hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure monitoring, backups, and admin tasks are performed consistently.
