Orthopedic Physicians Alaska is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Anchorage office on site. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, support end-user devices, and help staff with EMR portal access.

The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and professional, patient-friendly interactions. Typical shifts are Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:00pm, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Two years of IT technical and desktop support experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train new hires on computer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Setup and configure new computers with OS and software.
• Provide Level 1 IT support for phones, computers, peripherals.
• Assist with access to hospital EMR portals.
• Document and track IT issues in ticketing system.
