Job summary

OrthoAlaska LLC in Anchorage seeks an IT Support Technician to join our orthopedic practice. The role focuses on end-user support, hardware, software, and EMR portal access, with a typical M-F 7:30am–4:00pm schedule and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Two years of IT technical and desktop support experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, and printers.
• Set up and train new hires on equipment.
• Assist with hospital EMR portal access.
• Document issues in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with CIO/IT Director on new computer setups.
