Job summary

SupplyHouse is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the IT Infrastructure Team at our Canal Winchester, OH facility. You will be the on-site front line for hardware, software, network, and end-user support, diagnosing issues and maintaining IT systems and devices, reporting to the IT Team Lead. The role is full-time, on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. EST. Base salary ranges from $50,345 to $62,931 per year, with opportunities for growth and professional

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT, Business, or similar field

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support for on-site and remote end users
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and devices including PC hardware, printers, and network equipment
• Support warehouse technologies including RF scanners and related systems
• Perform basic administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD accounts
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and other service requests
• Document procedures and maintain IT support documentation
• Manage the ticketing system to track and resolve incidents
