Job summary

U-Haul in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide both remote and onsite IT support across manufacturing plants. You will manage Windows desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 apps, while using Active Directory for user and permission management.

Travel between facilities is required, and you will install, troubleshoot, and upgrade equipment, participate in IT projects, and document incidents in the ticketing system as part of a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of desktop support or IT field support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, printers, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote support, and in-person assistance.
• Travel to U-Haul Technical Center, Manufacturing, and Assembly plants to provide onsite support.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office apps.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions using Active Directory.
• Image, deploy, replace, and upgrade computer systems using deployment tools.
• Support manufacturing-related technology (printers, scanners, shop-floor workstations).
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
