Job summary

Babbitting Service Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on, onsite technical assistance at our corporate location.

You will deliver first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, an associate's degree in IT or related field, and familiarity with helpdesk ticketing, Active Directory, and Windows/MS 365 environments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Exposure to Active Directory and remote support tools.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical assistance to end-users.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document all support requests in the helpdesk system and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of IT policies and security protocols.
• Occasional travel to other Plant locations and on-site support.
