Knights of Columbus is seeking a Tier 1 IT support specialist to provide desktop-based end-user computing support and manage service requests onsite in New Haven, CT. You will coordinate with Tier 2 and external vendors as needed and support contractors and employees.

The role requires an associate degree in computer science, 3–5 years of IT service experience, and relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, or MSDT. Experience with AD, cloud apps, and Bomgar is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science is required.
• 3–5 years IT support experience or equivalent.
• A+, Network+, MSDT or equivalent certification.
• BS in Computer Science preferred.
• ITIL foundations certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Resolve Tier 1-1.5 incidents and process service requests.
• Support end-user computing hardware, devices, printers, and cloud apps.
• Research and recommend new or enhanced hardware and software.
