A technology services company is seeking an IT Support Technician in Boca Raton to assist in the migration of Windows laptops between Microsoft tenants. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and provide support for device setup, user issues, and identity access during this migration. Expertise with Entra ID (Azure AD) and SSO troubleshooting is essential. This role demands experience in IT support and comfort with onsite work every day.

Qualifications

• Prior experience on an IT support / helpdesk team.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and SSO.
• Strong Windows laptop and hardware support experience.

Responsibilities

• Migrate Windows laptops between Microsoft tenants.
• Re-enroll devices in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Support SSO setup and troubleshooting.
• Configure, re-image, and troubleshoot laptops.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 access issues.
