Job summary

Adair Technology LLC in Owasso, OK is hiring a Field Service Technician to handle escalated tickets, travel onsite within 30 miles to resolve issues our support desk can't fix remotely, assist with new installations and client onboardings.

You'll support Windows 10/11 desktops, Windows Server, and Azure AD, configure Conditional Access and MFA policies, and work with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve issues while maintaining clear documentation and professional client communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop support experience (Windows 10/11).
• Familiar with Windows Server and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience configuring Conditional Access and MFA/security policies.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve escalated tickets and direct client issues.
• Travel to client sites within 30 miles to diagnose hardware/network issues.
• Provide desktop support for Windows 10/11, imaging, peripherals, and apps.
• Assist with Windows Server patching, admin, and troubleshooting.
• Manage identities in Azure AD: onboarding, group assignments, licenses.
• Configure and maintain security policies: Conditional Access and MFA.
• Document all work in the ticketing system clearly.
• Communicate with non-technical clients, setting expectations.
• Escalate to senior engineers when needed.
