Qualifications

• Desk-side support experience with desktops, laptops, and printers
• Experience with MS 365
• Knowledge of AV equipment

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and diagnose desktop equipment and peripherals
• Administer user accounts and access provisioning via Active Directory
• Troubleshoot and administer MS 365
• Provide LAN administration and support for new equipment setups
• Support conference room AV setups and refreshes
• Update inventory logs and identify assets for ongoing work
• Document work in ticketing system and build knowledge base articles
